have not given step 1 yet. How bad is it? Going through serious family problems. Working full time. Is there a chance of getting in residency program? or quit now!

add- I have green card. but score is low & serious family problem from my uncooperative wife & other family member serious health issues. Only few good things- trust on GOD, cute baby, full time job & green card.

Thanks pamela. I am going to start studying for step1 amidst serious indoor thunderstorms but I think weather will clear.

advise from my low score- poor time mgmt and mind dedicated to exam and do not focus on other issues. I will never focus on other issues during the studies to avoid wasting energy on unrelated thoughts. Focus on questions to identify d/d, next best step in mgmt. I did lost many questions unanswered due to mind not foucs on exam. As I was slow in answering questions. I did not answer over 10 questions in 1st block, 6 in 3rd block and 2-3 in next few blocks before I pray to GOD in my mind. It gave me strength & I think I must have done good in remaining blocks. I should do research on meditation on GOD. It felt very good.

i m telling u a story of some people who have inspired me and helped me to fight in the difficult time.
one man who was fired from his job at 21, went to other job,failed there.started farming failed again. than he decided to do business.....not to mention he bankrupted.at 35 approximately he tried his luck in politics.at aroung 39 to 40 became president of USA DO U KNOW HIM? ABRAHAM LINCON. Second one : he was trying his luk in delhi(india) to get some job.not worked out....tried to go into films...rejected became taxi driver followed by one day he became RJ on vividhbharti(radio show) do u know him who is he right now AMITABH BACHHAN.....THE MOST FAMOUS ACTOR ALIVE ON EARTH. try swami vivekanand books it will give u immense strength,believe me...try it |
