FEMALE undergoes endometrial biopsy coz of repeated episodes of irregular spotting between periods lately. biopsy shows strips of endometrium bearing long, narrow coiled glands lined by a single layer of epithelium showing small, regular nuclei and clear apical vesicles. what is the most likely diagnosis?
1. Atypical hyoerplasia
2. Complex hyperplasia withoutatypia
3. Proliferative endometrium
4. secretory endometrium
5. Simple hyperplasia.
