What should you do?
1) Terminate pregnancy?
2) Give antibiotics?

antibiotics.
benzathaine penicillin 2.4
3 doses
even if the pt is allergic to penicillin desensitize and give penicillin

do you give probenecid to increase penicillin concentrations in this patients blood?
