treat with ppi
follow up every 2 to 3 yr with egd low grade dysplasi every 6 to 12 month high grade remove

This will depend on the biopsy result.
Low grade dysplasia .....> then give ppi and every 3-6 months endoscopy and biopsy High grade dysplasia......> lower esophagectomy. Any patient with GERD for more than 5 years should have endoscopy.

If barreett is +ve for low dysplasia... Anually..if 2 anually is -ve..then every 3 yrs High dysplaia...surgery
