In one of the CCs cases in the USMLE Cd , which they send it for step 3 exam , I noticed in the case of Giardiasis , you will order few tests , the stool for ova and parasites is one of them , but to get the results of this test , you should move the clock for the next day , so I didnt know if we can move the clock to the next day to get the results and so the patient will be in the office all this time and I think this not true , OR we schedule another appointment for the patient in the next day , and if we choose to do that did we gonna give the patient any treatment or we should wait for the next day untill we got the test results ??? , cany anyone plzz help , what the right thing we should do ?? , and thanks alot for your input.
