Only for the bad ones! - explanation
#1
A 25 yrs male pt being transfused with erythrocytes and fresh frozen plasma has a systemic anaphylactic reaction after a motorcycle collision and has a history of recurrent respiratory tract infections. Blood hemoglobin concentration is 6.5, and circulating B and T lymphocyte counts are normal. What is the most likely explanation of these findings?
1. IgA agammagloblinemia
2. Common variable immunodeficiency
3. X-linked agammaglobulinemia

where is this q from?

it could be 1 or 2 as CVID can be low IgA or IgG.

I'd go with 2.
