U/A...if episodes of crying then its colic then do nothing...CXR and CBC not much use..UTI most common infection...

eventhough this is colic, but still UA need to be done in first visit, bcz in infants to illicit the typical SS of disease is very difficult, and studies have showed that UTI is more common in these age group especially girls.
