one BIG Q . people talk about personality next to or sometimes above your scores . what kind of personality do the PDs want ? this thing worries me some times and at times i have obsessional thought about it .

i agree: female personality.
if you are male then you have some disadvantage.

well if only all PDs did think like you!!! but the truth is they dont....and thats why there are effectively a lot more male residents(simply coz there is a larger number of male applicants) than female.
i think at the end the personality should just be a combination of friendly and professional. period.

it is not the matter of being male or female.it is about to behave like a female.

i believe so gowest 'friendly and professional ' you do not have to be overly friendly just a cool confident ( what so ever they -PDs - think )
