hello what is the proces to make ur j1 to H1.... Can it be done after the residency id over and u get the JOB is it hard to get thru?

I think that is almost imposible to convert a J1 to an H1 visa.....check on the J1 sponsorship link at the ecfmg web page in the pdf manual. So anyone has an answer to my question at the top of the post?

not that i am aware of, sorry. Your looking at turnaround time of total of two weeks if you use courier service form you sending documents to your program and getting ds2019 back
