A 30 year old woman was diagnosed to have pulmonary tuberculosis and was started on a four drug regimen with INH,R, Z and E. She brought to the ER with confused and has slurred speech. she says she had seizures the day before. She is thought to have an ADR to one of the drugs in the Anti -TB regimen. INH inhibits pyridoxine synthesis . B6 is a cofactor needed for GABA formn
