Hi, I have 76/76. passed CSA, and will be ECFMG certified soon. Am US citizen with no USCE. What positions can I try for and where? Any help or advice would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.

DO OBSERVER posting in any hospital 3-6 months, you'll manage to get US LOR. It will help.
