I am not sure but B seems a distractor for me..Hemo cystitis is either micro or macro hematuria depending on chronicity and even then it would rather be frequency and urgency...I feel like E for dox's Cardiotoxicity

acedit, you're right, E is correct, B is distractor, cycloph causes hemorrhagic cystitis but not a distension
