regarding application of step 3 - rendell

Hi docs, i have following Qs regarding the applicationg process of step 3..

1-Do i need ecfmg certificate for applying ?
2-Cud i pick elligibility period of my choice ?
3-If yes, Shd there be 31 dayz gap between the time i submot my application and start of my elligibility period as happens with step 1, 2 CK ...

Plz do help n guide me onto this.

yes..u need..coz they ask for date of ecfmg certificate..in the form

yes u can pick up date by calling and checking the availability

u can schedule as soon as u recieve permit..

thanx usmledream123...One more thing i wanna know is "shd there be 31 days gap between the time of my submission of application and start of my elligibility period as is the requirement in step 1 n step 2 ...

For example...If i wanna take elligibility period starting from 1st Oct...I need to submit my application till 31st August ..Is it like this or there is no such thing ...Plz guide me onto this.
