can plz somebody clarify whether date of completion of final mbbs or date of completion of one year rotatory internship is considered as date of graduation...i beleive its date of completion z d date of graduation but somebody confused me about it....plzzzz help????????????

There is a date on your diploma, that will be the date of graduation.

in general, graduation > 10 yrs = old graduates

There isn't a criteria about old graduates. There are some cut-off years after graduation that will be considered. So go into details about qualification requirements of different programs, you will see the cut off date after graduation. They won't use the word "old graduate".
