I write inquire if anybody received the above survey [ie STEP 2 CS Exam SURVEYS ] from the NBME before they got their Step 2 CS results

I write to inquire if anybody received the above survey [ie STEP 2 CS Exam SURVEYS ] from the NBME before they got their Step 2 CS results

we did survey after we done with the test in the test center

The NBME also mails out surveys at random to examinees after every exam. I want to know if anybody got such surveys in the mail after the Step 2 CS examinations?
