Go to the library, find a study group, make a plan to study hard and finish with the test in a short time while your wife is working. Remmember your wife is you other half so don't feel "useless". I understand your feeling but after you have done with your tests and restart working, she will stay home with kids and study.
Take as a positive plan to save time, it is too hard to work full time and prepare this test in short time. Your are lucky to have this lovely wife who understand this situation and it is just temporary for better future for your family.
worldcitizen, you can find many people, around don't feel alone, we are all in the same boat.
Good luck, go to the library.

u should go through mle because u feel bad sitting at home. to get out of the situation u should read and finish off with the exam so that u have a wonderful life ahead.its not late at all........there are ppl older than u and actually in worse situations who are going through it...so why not you?
start with a easy topic or do some questions to get a self assesment....take a break for a day, spend the weekend with your wife , enjoy yourself and then get back to study....make short term plans and then work up.......
good luck...have a positive mind

Hi
You are not doing anything wrong by staying at home and studying. I have a friend who stayed at home and took all his tests and passed all with good scores and took care of his 3 kids too.
And his wife worked. It is the same if your wife had to take tests and you were working. iT works the same way.
Just concentrate and think it is hardship of 1 year and then it will be all fine.
Make some online discussion friends , that will really speed up your studies, take the test date and work on that goal. Dont even think you are doing anything worthless. It is all going be worthwhile if you put your 100% as your wife is putting her 100% to run the house.
I hope this will help..................
Good luck so take care................

I am not working only studying and I understand your feelings, My husband works more than 60 hours per week so I can study, I just took step I and I think that I didn't pass, but We can not give up, remember that this is going to change or future in this country and they can take a break, when we pass our tests and start doing our residency.
take a calendar and make a schedule, and stablish goals that can help you!!!!!!
Good Luck
