if i do ant chest exam in sitting position, the entire post aspect of chest is unexposed, is that fine.
If examing a female chest, lungs and CVS, how to drape. Should i ask her to unhook her bra.

Hi guys just failed for the 2nd attempt CIS was the main problem how soon can i retake the exam? I looking for study partner ASAP.

kyr, in UW videos, they dont expose the whole posterior chest. Just the middle part. The gown hangs in patients shoulders. I think its better not to expose the whole back in a female patient because you will not need to examine over the scapula. GL.

also for the supraclavicular nodes, i u think u palpate them while doing ant chest otherwise will have to do it with gown
