apple core is due to vasculat occlusion of branches of the SMA affecting the small intestine...

chnage in bowel habits....... this should actually be napkin ring cause apple core and duck beak is seen in Ca of the oesophagus...

napkin ringlike obstruction of the left colon causes change in the bowel habits due to the mass
where as the right colon is more associated with bleeding
