hello,
the reason i am posting this msg in match section is tht many of u hav really experienced the matching process or may be in ur respective residencies after done with the exam.
well its really painful.... i need to know wat shud i do now?if i wud hav known tht by doin multiple attempts on the usmle exam,ones career can change entirely in usa ,i wud hav been far more careful...but i dont know wat actually happens in the match process so theredore it is still a question mark for me?
i am us citizen .FMG .2003 graduate.82 on step 1.
but the problem is tht i did it on my fourth attempt.
i am preparing for part 2.this question is for those especially who r in their IM residencies...
do i hav any chance for IM?did these attempts really paralyze my chances to go for IM residency?
and plz also let me know abt family medicine,psychiatry,pedriatics.(surgey of course i shud forget abt)
