coz i just got one of my very imp lors and will courier it tom...
can i apply as soon as oasis says they received it or shud i wait...coz eras will not show lor being uploaded anyway untill i apply....

go ahead and apply to one program with this lor u r about to send assigned. This will let u know that ur documents are scanned and also will keep them ready at the post office when u apply to the remaining programs. When is this lor expected to reach eras? Because expect 7-10 days for it to be scanned once it reaches eras.
