if renal vein on left side is thrombosed wont ovary infarct too?...how ovarian vein can provide collateral circulation?Sad..plz explain

Why not splenic vein? Splenic vein and left renal vein communicate through Gastrorenal-splenorenal vein, right ? Any comments ?
