hi
i know that this is a topic which has been done to death, but i am still not clear.
after about 5 days of receiving the documents, it shows up at OASIS as "received".
how do we come to know that docs have been scanned?ERAS says 5 business days after receipt.so we should just calculate in an estimated way?
shuld we apply immediately after coming to know that docs have bben scanned or wait any further?or should we apply even before the dcos ahve bben scanned?

Bcoz of all this, i dont htink i will be able to apply before sep 15. is that late? would that jeopardize my chances of getting interviews?

1. sep 15 is not late

2. Oasis updates on day 5 - rarely happens (its my day 7, no update still)

3. To check whether ur docs are scanned or not there are 2 ways:
- apply to any one program and see if ADTS starts transferring ur docs.
- call ecfmg

4. You can apply anytime, programs will review ur appli only when complete.

i would recommend at least apply to one program now and check adts regularly.
