when u will apply to programs and during that you will select your LOR this means that you have assign LOR after that it will be uploaded .

I also want to wait, ecfmg has recd my packet on 5th Sep, donot know when they will upload.

my lor was recieved on sep 1, hopefully i should be able to apply next week.
if hey recieved on 5th sep, dont expect anything before 15th

They dont upload our documents, till we atleast apply for one program. Once we apply to a program and finish paying the money, thats when our documents will be sent for uploading and it will take a few days after that
