nothing really. I did nt apply any purely university IM program. I dont wanna waste my money.

I think its a comm/uni affiltiated program. not uni based prog.

im asking if UT (Austin) IM program is a good/great program. DO they have a good track? chances of getting fellowship after?

You're referring to UTMB-Austin. 15 total/ 10 categorical spots IM. The information regarding this program is not so good. Some of my friends say that they are supposed to be merging with UTMB -Galvaston. If this is true, then they may impose UTMB standartds for admission, which for IMG's means that you must have an outstanding application. Even then, there is no guarentee.
Historically, this program has been IMG friendly, and majority (>70%) of it's resident's are IMG |
