doubts - rey3liles

when does one intervene surgically in primary hyperparathyroidism(when increased serum calcium is discovered routinely)?

is it when the patient is symptomatic only, or a search is routinely made for the adenoma and removed?

what is the next step in a mesentric ischemia?
CT, barium, abdominal x ray or colonoscopy.

yep when patient is symptomatic...

for mesenteric ischemia
if superior mesenteric artery next step go for angiography
in inferior mesenteric the angiography does not effect the final outcome.
