why would an h1 better than ead.?? u can work and apply for GC with ead too.

Employment Authorisation doc. BTW my EAD is a part of my curent visa and not part of GC process. Will that make a diff?

In that case, according to my lawyer, you don't have to worry. She said EAD is the same as a GC.... residency programs should not have a problem with that.
