i think it is, but i heard it being mentioned on this forum that it only offers j1, no h1

Guys Seton Hall at Trinitas Hospital in St Elizabeth, NJ last year offered pre-matches and H1.
Trinitas is a nice Catholic Hospital in the city of st. Elizabeth 35 minutes from Penn Station, Manhattan.
