Most Floroquinolone r eliminated by Renal mechanisms, either tubular secretion or glomerular filtration. Dose adjustment is required forpts with creatinine clearance <50ml/min.

Although it is not explicitly mentioned in Katzung, but an inference could be made by reading the discussion on the fluoroquinolones that their action is concentration dependent.
