CA IM programs - hummer

Dear all,

I want to know how many programs in CA doesnt need CA letter by now, bcause I didn't apply Ca letter yet and I saw most of them require CA letter, not just the receipt of the letter. Actually I love to apply there, but what the hell this letter is make me even didnt care about CA anymore. Please some one please help! Thanks.

My friend told me he just wasted $600 on CA programs. That's a very desirable place for AMGs.
