each of the following is characteristic of HSV 1 except
1.most infections are subclinical
2.the latent virus resides in neural ganglia
3.most lesions occur in and around the oral cavity
4.recurrent lesions are more severe than primary lesions
5.lipid solvents would be expected to inactivate the virus

yes i thought of that before but ....
herpes virus is an Enveloped icosahedral virus (this means that lipid solvents readily inactivate these viruses
