you´ll find there the states, they are only around 11 or 12, i don´t remember well. For example: texas, connecticut.

yes u can take it anywhere...
provided u apply to connectcut medical board or few other states like that...which donot need u to complete residency b4 taking...

you take it for any of the 11 or 12 states but can sit at any prometric center in usa......
