programs have halted with rejection letters to allow all applications to come.i called one of the PD to talk to him regarding no response. he said u should b glad that we hav stoped mailing rejections temporarily to allow all applications to come in though a few rejections were mailed in the first two weeks of september.
so i conclude that later u apply better are the chances.
