i think its about the adequate lightening in the house, use of mechanical restraints ,which helps to avoid particular movement so that you can prevent falls.correct me if its not this.

structured home environment means keeping written cards at different places like, KITHCHEN, BATHROOM, GAS STOVE, BEDROOM, TELEPHONE. All these things /,places should be written in bold letter and patched at thier respective places so that the pt. knows about it by reading and finds the appropriate place to be.
