LOR Scanning order - tughral

Do you know how do they scan our LORS?.

Do they scan one LOR and then type the name of the letter writer?.Then they scan the next LOR and type the neme of the letter writer and so on.....

..... or is the possibility of mixing up the scanned LORs and letter wirters is there. Since we cannot see our LORs so I guess the possibility of mistake from ERAS scanning unit is there. Would anyone care to comment?

They scan and type the name.
There is the possibility of mistakes just like med error because they are busy, but the chance
is rare.

Mine have not been scanned. In MyEras, shall I designate the LOR writers? Or when they are scanned, the names of writers will show up by itself? Thank you.
