Step1 with 78 (3rd), step2 81 (3rd), and CS (first), with USCE. I applied 60 FM, and IM. Do I have a chance to get IV? I got 30 rejections. depress. any suggestions.

well, trust me at this point of time hanry all of us are in the same boat... all of us are waiting... and right now there is nothing else that can be done EXCEPT wait.. wait.. and wait...

or u might burn dozen more dollars and apply more...

but ultimately u have to wait!!
