Iowa letter said that they called 39 IMGs last yr and I may get interview any time form now till jan.
is it a routine spam or a significant letter?? arkansas/...they said they would contact me again and they are reviewing my application

I suppose you could call them to clarify what they meant. This would also give you a chance to show them your interest
