Hi,
do we have to register for CVS-online (transmission of ecfmg certificate to medical licensing authority) or you only do it if the licensing authority asks for your ecfmg cert?
CT medical examining board requires it?

I dont know the answer for your q. can you please tell me how to apply for standard ECFMG certificate? Do we need to send form to ecfmg by mail?
