can someone please tell me does sle decrease in pregnanacy . and one thing more if on BPP SCORE IS 3 WITH OLIGO AND WITHOUT OLIGOHYDRAMINOS WHAT IS TREATMENT

prbly SLE decreases with pregnancy, but flares up postpartum,other one cant say, weak in gynec

pregnancy is a sort of immuno suprresed state d/t release of hormones from placenta to prevent rejection of fetus as itis 50% foriegn to mother so this state works just like steroids
