1. i am concerned about your baby becasue she may have down syndrome.
2. i am sorry to have to tell you this but i suspect your baby has down syndrom.

B. full term baby aspirated meconium at delivery. Apgar = 3,3
he is intubated with assisted ventilation. suddenly, his abg values are deteriorated. what do you do first?

a.4 ( I think choice 3 gives false reassurance. I think we should start with asking what the mother knows already).

actualy what i was thinkg is the thalamic centers for heating and coling and the pyrogen role
but after reading it one more time it could be..realy..
inability to seawt.
bcz if u are dehydrated simply u will pile heat on your body.and heat strok is defined when u are dry and hot.
still not sure.

I think we need some more information in the question regarding hyperthermia.
