A. when you see the neonate has features of down syndrome, what do you say?
1. i am concerned about your baby becasue she may have down syndrome.
2. i am sorry to have to tell you this but i suspect your baby has down syndrom.

B. full term baby aspirated meconium at delivery. Apgar = 3,3
he is intubated with assisted ventilation. suddenly, his abg values are deteriorated. what do you do first?
1. auscultate the chest
2. check the respirator settings
3. increase O2 flow
