In the CAF in the
Visa Type, I have mentioned B1 as I have B1 visit visa to US for Step 2CS .
In the Expected Visa Type, I have mentioned as H1B, J1
Is it OK????
One of the prog said I should not mention B1 is the visa type. u should mention J1.That is the reason they rejected my application.
I am an PR of Canada and residing in Canada.
Please can somebody clarify and further necessary action.

I put B1 as current VISA and put J1 as expected VISA.
It shouldnt be a prob as I have received 5 calls in Surg.

however you should clarify this and make sure you signaled the right squares in you CAF.

Well, there's no reason for a rejection considering that most IMGs hold B1 VISA when they apply.
Maybe this program doesnt sponsor any VISA.
I cant find any other explanation.
