I think it's awesome what you're doing for surgery applicants... But, may I make a suggestion?? Try to set up the format the same as forum member program_head did for Pathology... it's an excellent format and very imformative... it also has ratios... As for me, well, I would try to do it for IM, but it's a daunting task.... _Neo Vitriol102_

i guess that pathology one is little more complicated, we do have alot of space so why dont we continue in the same fashion.

one thing i would like to say that in the same thread of interviews or refusals we must also add our creds so all applicants can estimate and thus plan for upcoming months

thnx for the input, appreciated, will try my best. hi pakipower, its a good thought though, but i dont think everyone will be comfortable to post their creds, thats the reason why i left this short & sweet. any furthur inputs appreciated, TY x

neah this is much better than patho format. that kinda sucks actually as u dont associate all people who got rejected from a program. here u can keep adding on under the same programname heading. i will post mine soon, busy righ tnow (have so many rejections
 )
