And my friend's experiece, the hospital sent a resident to host a dinner at a local restaraunt with the candidates the night before the interivew. That is important I think. His opinion on you will carry some weights.

thankyou desi doctor,rifampin and danille .
This dinner is after the interview . not before the interview. and PC has asked if i will join .... one more question though it,s silly.. any idea normally when it starts and ends........

go to dinners, they will evaluate you during the dinner
