about usmle wolrd..and preparation - medupch

hey guys I m getting about 72-74% of qts correct in usmleworld...is it a good score??? how much is it correlated to the real score? anyone can share his score?
by the way I keep forgetting stuff ..I study today , but in a coupple of days I forget it. I have 4 more weeks. wut am I supposed to do?..any help
