If any one who is taking step 3 on 27th/28th of Nov in New York and is going to cancel his appointment. please contact me as I am looking for these dates to take the test..thank you

hi ,
is there any variation in scores ,if exams r taken in differrent centres in ny,ie--any centrewise variation in passing and failing
