Breast cancer N4 q9 - nautilus

A 56y/o comes to physician's office for her first health maintainence in 5yrs.She has 2x2.5 cm lesion, 4cm from nipple in outter upper Quadrant of her left breast.Lesion is non tender & non mobile and has ill defined borders.No discharge from nipple after compression
A)adeno carcinoma
B)Benign L.N enlargement
C)Fibradenoma
D)Fibrocystic disease
E)Metastatic carcinoma

PS:CAn some one be kind enough to give me Quick review of breast ,ovarian and testicular cancers?..Just a request...
