i applied to all programs on september 1st.at that time my cs result was not declared so they have my transcript saying CS result pending
later on my cs result was declared and i unfortunatly failed i didnot retransmit usmle transcript
1.if i want to apply to some other programs now would new programs recieve my new or old trnscrpt ?
2.would applying to new programs somehow cause updated transmit to be sent to previous programs as well
please do reply

new programs get the latest transcript
old programs.. they do get but i dont know if they look at it or not. if ur app is already been reviewed the chance of looking ur new transcript is low.

old programs dont get that if u dont retransmit.
