According to my friend's last year experience, yes, a couple or maybe a little more. But won't be many. For those kind of invitaions, you are on their waiting list.

it depends on the specialities & programs that you chose, for example you can expect IVs from surgery & pathology as well as most of the university programs in IM, FP, Ped etc, ...but for small community programs the chance is low unless someone cancel the IV. Some programs filter the applications according to their criteria and choose some applications and send IVs soon, some check all applications that takes time. it seems that many IMGs with high scores are too scared this year that will accept the first prematch request, so many IVs will be canceled that makes more slots for sending interviews in near future.
