should we contact the program after interview asking for a prematch offer or do they contact us. i had two interviews and at both places i was asked whether i would accept prematch but till now there is no further contact from the programs. if we have to contact them---whom should we contact--pd or program coordinator.
please , any answers are appreciated.

I would say contact the same person who asked you about prematch. you must have his/her contact information. send an email showing your interest for prematch and hope for the best...
