HSV----->TZANCK if vesicles broken,or direct treatment if not.
LGV---->complement fixing/culture? not sure here,too many tests
Chancroid---->Gram stain,best if aspirated from the Lymph nodes to look for donovan bodies
Granuloma ingunale----> scraping from the ulcers with an active border
Syphilis------>dark field for symptomatics,and screening with VDRL(asymptomatics) and confirmation with FTA-ABS
Condyloma acuminata---->just P/E is enough for Dx,shld be diffrentiated from C.LATA of syphilis..
Giardiasis --->string test or giardia antigen
