DOES THIS MEAN ALL THOSE WHO HAVE MATCHED WILL BE NOTIED BY EMAIL AND THOSE WHO HAVE NOT WILL ALSO BE NOTIFIED SAYING THEY HAVEN'T MATCHED?
ALSO DO PROGRAMS WHICH HAVE NOT FILLED THEIR POSITIONS KNOW BY THIS TIME ?

DOES THIS MEAN THAT PROGRAMS WHO HAVE NOT FILLED ALL THEIR POSITIONS KNOW BY THIS TIME OR ON 12 MARCH ITSELF ( A DAY BEFORE )?
Locations of all unfilled positions are released at 12:00 noon eastern time. Unmatched applicants may begin contacting unfilled programs at 12:00 noon eastern time.
